At DIO MY G, every order is prepared with care to ensure your products arrive safely, beautifully, and ready to become part of your glow ritual.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing after your purchase is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimated after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not bypass order processing time.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. DIO MY G is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at diomyg@yahoo.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
This helps us review your case as quickly as possible and work toward a solution.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DIO MY G is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at diomyg@yahoo.com
and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that DIO MY G is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking number shows that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items after delivery. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly for additional support.
